Eternal Youth Clinic are delighted to announce the new availability of Plasma Pen treatments to add to our portfolio of therapies.

Plasma Pen offers a good alternative to our Fraxel and INTRAcel treatments offering a reasonable improvement at a better value option. Plasma Pen is a more marking treatment and does require you to put up with significant burns and swelling particularly around the eyes. But provided you can cope with that you can get a very reasonable improvement for a much lower cost. From a practical point of view the device is more portable and thus I can bring it to my outlying clinics thus providing an option for the not keen on travelling to Congleton.

​How does it work?
Omnilux light therapy works by stimulating the natural production of your skin cells without causing damage. Omnilux does not contain any UV rays. The pure light stimulates fibroblast cells and increases energy, accelerating the normal skin repair processes. The cells absorb the light and produce more collagen and elastin which promotes healthier, younger skin. There are 3 different types of omnilux treatments, each treatment uses a different head. Each head gives off a different coloured light that treats different conditions.

Omnilux Blue
Omnilux blue is best for treating acne-prone and oily skin. The blue light works by reducing sebum, inhibiting bacteria Propionibacterium Acnes, improving sun damage and reducing inflammation. Omnilux Revive
Omnilux revive has a red light that stimulates collagen production uses a red light to rejuvenate skin cells and repair damaged skin. Revive focuses on fine lines and uneven skin tone as it delivers a wavelength of pure red light directly to the skin. It is designed to penetrate deep into the skin and naturally boost skin’s collagen and repair damaged cells. Your skin is left feeling fresh, plump and rejuvenated.

Omnilux Plus
Omnilux Plus uses an infrared light that deeply penetrates the skin. It is widely used for wound healing and popular amongst those who have previously had surgery or had a physical injury. Omnilux plus helps to rebuild and strengthen deep tissue and increases the skins blood flow. It works very effectively to quickly repair and turn over skin cells and treat burns, new scars and other types of damaged skin. It works best when combined with the Revive treatments.

The 3 omnilux light treatments can be used separately or together as a combined therapy package. On average, treatments take around 30 minutes and the procedure is pain-free with no side effects or downtime. Omnilux light therapy does not use a laser so the procedure is gentle, leaving no damage to sub-dermal tissue.
